| codigo_certidao* | Codigo_certidao                                             |
| login_cpf**      | CPF para fazer login via GOV.BR.                            |
| login_cnpj**     | CNPJ para fazer login diretamente no site do DETRAN SP.     |
| login_senha*     | Senha para fazer login.                                     |
