| tipo*         | Tipo de certidão, deve ser informado um dos valores a seguir:<br><ul><li><strong>1</strong> para 'Cível'</li><li><strong>2</strong> para 'Criminal'.</li><li><strong>3</strong> para 'Para fins Eleitorais'.</li></ul> |
| cpf**         | CPF of the individual to be queried.                                                                                                                                                                                   |
| cnpj**        | CNPJ of the company to be queried.                                                                                                                                                                                     |
| nome_social** | Nome_social                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
| email*        | Email                                                                                                                                                                                                                  |
