| cpf**          | CPF of the individual to be queried.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| birthdate**    | Date of birth in ISO 8601 format. For example, April 22, 1985 is represented as "1985-04-22". Make sure to include leading zeros; the format "1985-4-22" is invalid.                                                                                               |
| cnpj**         | CNPJ of the company to be queried.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| tipo_certidao* | Tipo de certidão, deve ser informado um dos valores a seguir: <br><ul><li><strong>1</strong> para 'Certidão Judicial Cível'</li><li><strong>2</strong> para 'Certidão Judicial Eleitoral'.</li><li><strong>3</strong> para 'Certidão Judicial Criminal'.</li></ul> |
